Uniformly Thick Facing for Injection Molded Parts

Easy-to-apply and uniformly thick facing for injection molded parts: DecoJectTM is the low-cost alternative to painted injection molding. A highquality thin foil offering designers maximum freedom – wear-resistant, adaptable, pleasant-to-the-touch.

• TPO-based foil, 0.2 to 0.5 mm thick, used primarily as facing on injection molded parts.
• Potential application areas are lacquered and unlacquered injection molded parts in the automotive interior.
• The foil is pleasant-to-the-touch and scratchresistant and gives the car interior a high-value appearance. The degree of gloss and color can be adjusted as desired.
• In the course of foil backing, the surface structure of the mold is imparted to the thin foil and thus to the part.
• A wide range of variable designs can be achieved by simply altering the decorative effects, i.e. the colors, patterns or special effect lacquers used.
