Do you love cars? And good design?
Then we have perfect career opportunities for you. Because with various upholstery and trim materials, we design automotive interiors – and make them a place to feel good. And when it comes to that, we are number one worldwide. As a trainee, student or career beginner, young talents can build upon a sound education at Benecke-Kaliko. With the latest working methods and a great deal of flexibility. In a very exciting industry.
Internships / Student Trainees
As a student, the best way to get started with us is via an internship or a project. We therefore offer internships in a variety of specialist areas as well as collaboration and supervision for student trainees who are writing their final dissertations. Above all, students of chemistry, production technology, process engineering, economics or business management have a good chance of a perfect career start. Moreover, we cooperate with the Faculty of Applied Chemistry, Reutlingen University. Within the framework of this cooperation we offer students a practically oriented course under the “E2 Exchange Excellence” project.
Dual Study Program
With the dual study program, you have the chance to combine a scientific degree with practical training at the workplace. So it is guaranteed not to be boring, and the practical expertise you gain helps you make a more direct and faster start to your professional life. In addition to specialist knowledge, students acquire a high degree of social skills. We offer the three-year dual study concept for the Business Administration program (qualification: Bachelor of Arts) as well as the Process Engineering program (qualification: Bachelor of Engineering). For this purpose, we work closely together with Leibniz University and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
Start a well-grounded and sound education at Benecke-Kaliko. Under our commercial training program, you can learn the profession of industrial business management assistant at Benecke-Kaliko. In the technical field, we train young people to become an accomplished electronic technician for automation technology, industrial mechanic or process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology. We support and encourage our trainees on an intensive and individual basis, so that they go into their final examinations with confidence – and subsequently have a fair chance of being taken on as employees. Even as a trainee you can get a taste of the big wide world and get to know our international locations by spending some time abroad.
